It seems this is a common issue. Some of the issues were resolved after they turned on the car and also locked the car. Kia should release an update or find a way to fix this.

How did it turn out? Did you have it lifted or towed?

The video I saw is for KIA Sportage though. Try to check if they have the same lifting points. Better check the manual too to match.
