EV9 built-in vs. third-party apps

I'm starting to get thrilled! I'm hoping that my Kia EV9 will arrive in a week or two. I'm interested in the integrated route planner because I'm organizing a road trip.

Has anyone taken a lengthy trip using the EV9's integrated route planner? What was its performance? Is it better to invest in something like ABRP or continue using the Kia EV route planner?

For long trips, I recommend trying ABRP with an OBD dongle. It's great for syncing real-time battery data and planning multiple charging stops, which tends to work better than the car’s built-in route planner.

You don’t need a dongle with Premium ABRP as you can use Enode to connect it over the air. I have both and like the convenience of the Enode connection a lot more. Use it on both my EV9 and my VW ID.Buzz 1st.
