Hi! I am new to this car. Do you guys know where I can find the OBD port on the EV9? I want to check out some diagnostic data and learn more about what’s happening under the hood.
What data? Do you have any issues with the car? I am asking out of curiosity. It took me a while to understand what's an OBD scanner for, haha!

I had the same question when I got my EV9. You'll find the OBD-II port under the dashboard on the driver's side. In left-hand drive models, it's to the left of the steering wheel, tucked under the dash. Accessing this port allows you to connect diagnostic tools and monitor your vehicle's performance.

It depends on where you are, but in the US, it’s usually tucked under the dashboard, just to the left of the steering wheel.
I didn’t realize it varied by region. Thanks for the heads-up, found it under the edge of the dashboard.

I found the OBD-II port right where you all said, under the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel. I just got my scanner set up and started exploring some of the data. No issues with the car, just curious to learn more about how everything’s running. Still figuring out what all the numbers mean, though!

Welcome to the club! You're looking for the OBD-II port, and on the EV9, it's usually tucked away under the dashboard on the driver's side. You might have to crouch down and look for it, it's often near the hood release lever or sometimes behind a small panel. It's a standard 16-pin connector, so any generic OBD-II scanner should work. Just a heads-up, though, since it's a newer model, some of the specific EV-related data might not be fully supported by all scanners yet.

Hey! Did you find it under the dashboard? You might need to kneel down for a better look, but it should be there. Happy diagnosing!
