EV9 Charging Issue

I'm having a big issue with my new EV9. It suddenly stopped charging on both my L1 and L2 chargers. I’ve tried everything I can think of; but no luck so far.

I'm starting to wonder if its related to the ICCU issues that have been popping up with other Hyundai and Kia EVs.

Anyone else dealing with something similar on their EV9?

I’ve got an appointment with the dealer coming up, but I’m kind of stressing about possible delays.

My issue turned out to be the ICCU. The dealer replaced it in half a day once the part arrived, which took about three days. You might also want to ask about a recent software update for the new ICCU, they mentioned a recall for it.

Oh, I'm pretty sure it's the ICCU. The service folks said they did an update and were charging, but guess what? It was DC, not AC! When I asked them to try Level 1 charging, they acted like the EV6/EV9 can’t even handle it. I brought up the ICCU like a million times, but they just ignored me. Fingers crossed, if it needs replacing, we get a fast turnaround like yours. Seriously, not loving KIA right now. Thanks for the info though!
