Kia EV9 black screen issues

I'm hoping to get some advice from the community about a strange problem with my EV9's main touchscreen. This past weekend, when I started the car, the screen went completely black. I performed a hard reset, which appeared to resolve the issue for the day. But, like clockwork, the screen went black again today. I hope it's not a hardware issue, but it definitely feels like a software glitch.

Anyone else experiencing similar issues with their EV9 touchscreen? I'm going to try another reset later, but if it keeps happening, I'll contact the dealership. In the meantime, any insights or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
 
That sounds terrible! Here's something that might help: reset the car to factory settings and then delete the access app from your phone. Disable Bluetooth and all other connected car features as well. Hopefully, a clean slate will solve the problem.
 
Lets hope that it is just a software glitch and will be gone after the next software update or in worse cases, it needs to be checked by a professional. What he said is right, a factory reset might just do the trick, just try to reset everything and disconnect any connections connected to the infotainment system. Keep us updated if this trick worked, okay?
