Navigation instructions on the front-facing camera view feature

Hey, guys, have you heard or seen anything about the feature that overlays navigation instructions on the front-facing camera view? I was wondering if only the Korean-spec models have it. Any thoughts?

You need a second camera to do that. It's only in Korea right now.

I haven’t heard anything specific about that feature on the Kia EV9 yet. It could be a regional feature.

This feature is awesome, but it looks like we Americans are gonna be stuck without it for a while. We should probably bug Kia until they give us what we want!

Wow! That augmented reality navigation overlay feature is definitely cool!

Sometimes manufacturers do roll out features gradually or only offer them in specific regions initially. It's possible the Korean-spec models have it while other markets don't yet, or maybe it's an optional extra. Hopefully, it'll be available more widely soon if it's not already!

Whoa, that's awesome! I've seen stuff like that in concept videos, but I didn't know it was actualy in cars. I've been wondering about the real world usefulness of these augmented reality navigation systems. That would be so helpful in confusing intersections. I'm really curious if it's just a Korean-spec thing too. Let me know if you find out
