Adding Electrify America account

I've added the code to my Electrify America account, but I can't link it to my EA card in Apple Pay; the only payment option appears to be a credit card. Is it possible to use my EA card for payments?

Ok so try this - first, open the app and head to your Account > Payment. Scroll down a bit and hit 'Add to Apple Wallet.' On the next screen (at the top right), just tap Add > Done to confirm. And that's it! It'll be in your wallet, ready to go.

I think Apple Pay only supports credit cards. You may need to use the physical EA card for payments.

EA told me I had to add money to my EA account even though it will not be used until I run out of the free kwhs. I added $10 and now the EA account is used.

You should be able to use Apple Pay with your EA account. Is your app updated? Did you get any error messages when you tried to add Apple Pay?
